Terms of Service
What you are buying, what we owe you, and what we do not promise.
Last updated 19 September 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Reagan Asibiko, based in Kenya, trading as BoardReady Nursing (“we”, “us”). They apply whenever you use this site, whether or not you pay us anything.
1What we sell
Access to an online question bank and the study tools around it, for a fixed number of days stated on the plan you buy. It is a licence to use the service for that period. It is not a subscription: nothing renews and nothing is charged again unless you buy again.
Access begins when your payment clears and ends on the date shown on your dashboard. Buying a second plan for the same exam adds its days to the end of the access you already have rather than running two periods at once.
2Who takes your money
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. Paddle is responsible for charging you, issuing your receipt, and collecting any sales tax or VAT due where you live.
We never see or store your card details. Paddle’s own details appear on your invoice and at checkout, and Paddle is the party you contract with for the payment itself. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, and reaching us by email is the fastest route to one.
3Your account
You sign in with a link sent to your email address. Keep access to that mailbox secure; anyone who can read it can reach your account.
An account is for one person. Sharing your sign-in link, or giving others access to the question bank through your account, is the one thing that will get your access ended without a refund. The bank is the entire product and we can see when one account is being used by several people.
4What you may not do
- Copy, republish, sell or share the questions, rationales or explanations.
- Scrape, bulk-download or systematically extract content, by any means.
- Use automated tools to sit practice sessions or harvest items.
- Reverse-engineer the service, or try to reach content your plan does not include.
- Resell, sublicense or rent your access.
Every question and rationale on this site is original work written for this platform and is our copyright. That copyright is the business; we enforce it.
5What we do not promise
We do not guarantee you will pass. No preparation provider can, and any that implies otherwise is selling you something it cannot deliver. What we provide is practice material and feedback. The outcome depends on you, and on a test we do not administer.
Our readiness estimate is exactly that: an estimate, drawn from how you perform on our items. It is not a prediction of your result and it is not produced by, validated by or connected to any testing body.
We are independent. BoardReady Nursing is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by NCSBN, AANPCB, ANCC, AACN, the NMC or Pearson VUE. NCLEX® is a registered trademark of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, used here only to say which exam our material prepares you for.
This is not clinical advice. Our content is written to exam conventions, which are not always the same as local protocol at your workplace. Never use it to guide the care of a real patient.
6Availability
We aim to keep the service running continuously but do not promise it. We may take it down for maintenance, and things occasionally break. If an outage lasts long enough to meaningfully eat into your access period, tell us and we will extend your access by the time you lost.
We add and revise questions during your access period. The bank you see at the end may not be identical to the one you saw at the start; that is the service working, not a change to what you bought.
7Ending your access
You can stop using the service at any time. Because it is a one-off purchase, there is nothing to cancel.
We may end your access without a refund if you break clause 3 or clause 4. For anything else, we will tell you what the problem is and give you a chance to put it right first.
8Liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us limit. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected by these terms.
Beyond that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and specifically not for exam fees, lost earnings, visa or licensure consequences, or the outcome of any examination.
9Changes
We may change these terms. If a change materially reduces what you get, and you have access running at the time, the version you agreed to when you bought continues to apply to that access period. We will email you about material changes.
10Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States, Canada or Australia, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the place you live, and you may bring proceedings there.
